BLACK TEA
Black tea is a popular type of tea that is enjoyed around the world for its robust flavor and some possible health benefits. It is made from the leaves of the Camellia Sinensis plant. Black tea is processed using the orthodox method and undergoes a complete oxidation process, which involves exposing the tea leaves to air to promote enzymatic reactions. This oxidation result in the characteristic dark color and bold flavor of black tea. The oxidation process also contributes to the teas caffeine content, making black tea generally higher in caffeine compared to green, oolong or white tea.

GREEN TEA
Green tea is a type of tea that is know for its fresh and natural taste and has potential health benefits. It's made from the leaves of the Camellia Sinensis plant, just like black tea or oolong tea. However, what sets green tea appart is that it's not fully oxidized like black tea. This helps preserve its green color and delicate flavor. Green tea leaves are picked and quickly heated or steamed to prevent them from oxidizing. This step preserves the natural green color and fresh taste of the leaves.
